Itinerary Coaching Call 

You'll find my pricing is very competitive, and that's because you're not paying me to plan the wedding for you. I believe you are totally capable of planning your own wedding with the right tools and some expert guidance.

I'll provide you with a ridiculously thorough guide for laying out all your wedding plans in a detailed itinerary. Then we'll chat on Zoom a couple weeks before the wedding to flesh it out together. 

This isn't my first rodeo, so I'll be able to spot all the holes that need to be addressed. Couples are always amazed at all the details we hash out together, after they believed they'd already thought of everything!

Basically, I'll help you think through all the logistics and dump aaaall the plans from your brain to mine. The more info I'm armed with, the fewer questions you'll be bugged with on your wedding day!

Wedding Day Coordination

You can't be in two places at once. I'll execute your plans and absorb your stress so you can enjoy your big day! My role has two sides:

1. Coordinator: Understanding the picture, addressing any issues or questions that come up, executing on your plans, and making sure everyone and everything is where they should be when they should be.

2. Assistant: I'm your girl. Your other vendors have various jobs to do, but I’m the only person on your wedding day whose job it is to do whatever you ask!

 Examples: 

• Ensuring decorations are set up correctly

• Herding family members for photos

• Cueing the wedding party for their ceremony entrance

• Keeping the reception DJ on schedule

I'll also problem solve when things do not go perfectly:

• Repairing a wedding cake that tipped over

• Tracking down a missing guest shuttle

• Picking up a last minute lunch for the bridesmaids when the photographer falls behind schedule
